Multi-layer acetate fronts are in great demand and offer limitless design possibilities. Custom-fit individual pieces can be bonded together in no time at all with our bonding machine to create creative slabs for fronts.
Based on a high-frequency generator, this machine was specially developed for bonding plastic and acetate material using special adhesives (water-based, no acetone).
Possible are:
- Horizontal bonding: Strips on top of each other, wavy or free-form combinations.
- Vertical bonding: Application of small segments in the nose or lug area of the front part, to reduce material waste in production.
The finished workpieces can be milled after a curing time of 24 hours.
The universally applicable fixtures allow the greatest possible flexibility with simple handling. Ideal for smaller production batches, but also for serial production.
