Acetate Barreling Machine

Polishing machine equipped with two horizontal double-chamber wood barrels.
Intended for the dry surface finishing of acetate components.

Certain specifications of this series show advantages when compared to traditional barreling technologies:

+    Low operating noise
      -    Sound insulated machine housing (< 64 dB during operation)
      -    Toothed-belt drives, which are low in maintenance, as well

+    Reproducible, reliable finishing results
      -    Clean and thermo-controllable work chambers allow for
           constant production conditions (incl. predisposition
for connection to centralised air exhaust system)

+    Modern & easy to use controls
      -    PLC Touchscreen with colour display
      -    Programming of custom production recipes

+    Efficient monitoring of the production process
      -    ContrALL Software package for collection and analysis of
production-relevant parameter, e.g. temperature and humidity
      -    Industry 4.0 - ready (Cloud Hosting optional)

Optionals

- Metal mesh housing instead of sound-insulation
- Separate deactivation / activation of 2nd barrel
- Separate individual drive of 2nd barrel
- ContrALL Cloud Hosting: Cloud-based data collection software,
including data logging at factory server on-premise
