Rösler - Special Rotary Vibrators Type HBR

For deburring, grinding and polishing of spectacle frame components (temples, fronts, eye-rims).

Rösler Vibratory Finishing is a process that works on a chemical-mechanical basis to finish surfaces.

In the work bowl of a vibratory finishing machine, work pieces, media, water, and compound are put into motion by a vibratory drive system.  This causes a constant relative movement of the media and the workpieces.  The interaction of water, compound, media and machine produces the required surface finish.

The machines are available in different sizes and types, such as e.g. the versions:

HBR 22 (charge volume approx. 160 ltrs),

HBR 42S (charge volume approx. 300 ltrs),

HBR 62S (charge volume approx. 450 ltrs).

All machines are equipped with an automatic control box, electronic compound dispenser, adjustable speed control and an automatic built-in screening system for individual separation sieves.
