5-axis CNC machine with 8 milling spindles for the semi-automatic machining of fronts made of plastic – manual loading of blanks by operator. Additionally, this machine can also be equipped for the milling of plastic demo and sun lenses or masks.
Featuring an in-house developed CAD-CAM programming software, specially focused on eyewear (ProFrame), it is the perfect solution for your production needs.
High productivity, no compromise on quality of cut, and an easy-to-use interface are the main characteristics of this machine. Its space requirement that is considerably less when compared to other available solutions in the market, allows for the integration in workshops with limited floor space.
The machine is capable to mill the outsides and insides of acetate fronts in one continuous cycle, thanks to an integrated reversing station.
