A powerful High-Frequency "Tube-type" generator for the preheating of plastic front parts made of Acetate.
It positions itself in the well-known production flow of plastic fronts, prior to front bending, prior to cooling of the finished workpiece.

Key Features
This PLC-controlled heater with a high-frequency generator has been developed for heating of plastic and acetate material before base curving.
The universal workpiece holder allows for maximum flexibility and easy handling. Ideal for smaller production batches.
By adapting the universal workpiece holder, it is possible to include or exclude areas of the workpiece to be heated.
Typical cycle times are approx. 10-15 seconds per acetate front.
An optical pyrometer (optional) can be connected to verify internal parts temperature consistency.
