Acetate Barreling Machine
This polishing machine is equipped with two horizontal double-chamber wood barrels that are intended for the dry surface finishing of acetate components.
Certain specifications of this series show advantages when compared to traditional barreling technologies:
Low operating noise
- Sound insulated machine housing (< 64 dB during operation)
- Toothed-belt drives, which are low in maintenance
Reproducible, reliable finishing results
- Clean and thermo-controllable work chambers allow for constant production conditions (incl. predisposition for recommended connection to centralised air exhaust system)
Modern & easy-to-use controls
- PLC touchscreen with colour display
- Programming of custom production recipes
Efficient monitoring of the production process
- ContrALL Software package for collection and analysis of production-relevant parameter, e.g. temperature and humidity
- Industry 4.0 - ready (Cloud Hosting optional)
