Rösler - High Energy System Type HBFE 15 SA

This machine is part of the small volume HBFE machine family. It is mostly used for grinding or polishing of components, such as bridges, decorative items (logos, letters) or pins, or related fashion components.

The excellent results after mass finishing are based on a well-coordinated combination of the machine and processing media, which was specially developed for eyewear applications.

Key advantages:
  • Available in -S version (grinding) or -KF version (polishing) for optimal processing results.
  • Up to 30 times higher abrasion if compared with standard vibrators and barrels, leading to much shorter processing times.
  • Considerably reduced production costs thanks to energy savings.
  • Automatic separation of workpieces and motorized return of the media back into the processing bowl.

The HBFE 15 SA system is an allrounder when it comes to the processing of small to medium sized metal components. Featuring a capacity of approximately 7 liters of parts, and fully automatic cycles.

Some details of the system:
  • Modern and compact machine design.
  • Vibration free spinning plate.
  • Processing bowl lined with highly resistant Polyurethane
  • Polyurethane seal ring, or special metal seal ring coated with resistant Polyurethane for a constant gap distance (KERAMO-FINISH® version).
  • Adjustment of the special seal gap for KERAMO- FINISH® process.
  • Permanent gap control by temperature sensor to increase long-life of the gap.
  • Special Rösler Micro-Gap® system for processing of even the smallest components (optional)
  • Integrated control box for manual or semi-automatic process cycle, programmable step control with cycle display. Industry 4.0 conformity optional.
    Infinitely adjustable speed control for the rotor.
  • Dosing unit for circulating or fresh water including control of the process water in the processing bowl for regulation of the treatment intensity. It allows a variety of different intensities of treatments. A higher water level provides a smoother treatment which for example would be required for punched-in surface designs.
    In case of failure of the water- and/or compound supply, a special flow detector releases an alarm and automatically interrupts the programmed treatment process.
    We recommend to connect these machines to Rösler closed circuit process water recycling systems for a sustainable use of resources.
  • Motorized tilting processing bowl, for easy emptying and automatic separation by built-in screening system (SA). The polishing material drops into a buffer tank located beneath the separation sieve. The finished parts are separated in front of the system. After emptying of the tank, the polishing material will be brought back to the bowl by means of the motorized return system.
  • Various sizes of separation sieves available, including a reverse separation grid.
  • Motorized return system of the media into the processing bowl.
  • All original accessories and media available at F.W. Haug, e.g. ceramic and plastic media, compounds & pastes, separating sieves, electronic spares.
  • Comprehensive training and implementation of process parameters either in Germany, or at customer's site available on request
