Rösler - Special Rotary Vibrators Type HBR
Vibratory Finishing
Rösler Vibratory Finishing is a process that works on a chemical-mechanical basis to finish surfaces.
In the work bowl of a vibratory finishing machine, work pieces, media, water, and compound are put into motion by a vibratory drive system. This causes a constant relative movement of the media and the workpieces. The interaction of water, compound, media and machine produces the required surface finish, for example grinding, radiusing, smoothing, or high-shine polishing.
The Rösler special Rotary Vibrators Type HBR are very suitable in the manufacture of spectacle frames components, such as temples, fronts, top bars of both metal (brass, monel, zamak, stainless steel, titanium, etc.) and plastic (injected or additively manufactured). Even very thin lasered or etched fronts and temples can be processed.
They are versatile, long-lasting machines capable of handling a wide range of operations.
Thanks to the special design of the machines and the particularly developed media, an impeccably finished surface can be obtained in shortest time. For a smooth and individual treatment of spectacle frame parts the machines are specially configured.
Machine range:
- HBR 22 (charge volume approx. 160 ltrs),
- HBR 42 (charge volume approx. 300 ltrs),
- HBR 62 (charge volume approx. 450 ltrs).
All machines available in grinding (S) or polishing version (KF).
Machines may be equipped with:
- ”Rösler Adiprene plus” long-life thick Polyether-Polyurethane lining of the processing bowl.
- Adjustable speed control for the rotor (1.000 rpm or 1.500 rpm).
- Vibration intensity of the machines can be adjusted to every working process thanks to specially
- designed and inclinable balance weights situated above and below the rotor.
- Dosing unit for circulating or fresh water including electronic compound dispenser with precision dosing pumps, magnetic valves, adjustable water quantity, compound quantity adjustable.
We recommend to connect these machines to Rösler closed circuit process water recycling systems for a sustainable use of resources. - Control box for manual or semi-automatic process mode, programmable step control with cycle display connection possibilities. Industry 4.0 conformity optional.
- Built-in screening system for individual separation sieves to automatically separate spectacle frame parts from the media without damaging them.
