Spectacle frame components and materials (e.g. Titanium) some of which were not at all suitable or with very limited applications only, can now be used for spot welding with considerably reduced welding time. Welding Parameters can be printed out for quality control.
The DC spot welding machine consists of:
Power unit (generator), control unit and welding press.
Additionally available:
- Welding fixtures according to customers samples
- Automatic feeder bowls for different types of hinges
- Automatic feeder bowls for tubes (bushes) and pins, etc.
